No. phmoderm strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is a violation of phmoderm's Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the phmoderm Login page rather than creating a new account.

If you've forgotten your phmoderm password, go to the phmoderm Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your phmoderm account and you'll receive a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. The minimum deposit on phmoderm is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing fees charged by Philippine banks. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps as part of phmoderm's responsible gaming and anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your phmoderm account almost instantly — usually within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. Bank transfers typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM). Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends may take longer. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact phmoderm support with your transaction reference number and we'll sort it out right away.

Withdrawals

To withdraw from phmoderm, log in to your account and go to the Cashier section, then select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) only.

phmoderm processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours for GCash and Maya. Once approved by phmoderm, funds typically arrive in your e-wallet within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day and may take an additional 1–2 banking days to reflect in your account depending on your bank. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount on phmoderm is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum withdrawal is ₱500. There is a maximum single withdrawal limit of ₱500,000 per transaction. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, you can submit multiple withdrawal requests. High-value withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

Common reasons for a delayed phmoderm withdrawal include:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are still under review

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings generated from it.
